Scale is one thing but attention to detail and quality is harder to gauge which is why we surveyed a random selection of 130 customers to measure our performance. The survey produced the following results:
- 100% of those surveyed said that the car was spotless
- 100% wanted us to know that the chauffeur was polite & courteous at all times
- 100% mentioned that we handles their last minute changes excellently
- We were at the collection address on time every time
